Eligibility for Refunds
• Refunds are available for products returned within 30 days of receipt.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
• Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
Non-Refundable Items
• Personalized or custom products
• Final sale or clearance items
• Products that have been used or damaged
Refund Process
1. Contact our customer service at support@myvitalvia.com to request a refund and receive return instructions.
2. Return the product following our Return Policy guidelines.
3. Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you about the refund approval.
4. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Shipping Costs
• Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.
